Rover (blueprint)

The Rover is a technology blueprint obtained from an Abandoned Tablet, required for unlocking the Heavy Rover technology in the Mechanics science.

“	Date: 27 March 2053 Author: Gaston Pons -- The rover is assembled! Truth be told, this task almost overwhelmed us. The blueprints attached to the vehicle were unclear and not very intuitive. To ensure that other teams will not have similar problems, our Governor instructed me to rework the instructions. To put it immodestly - I gave it a go, as confirmed by my colleagues.	„
